Imagining (Original Poem)

So have your freedom and do what you want.
This liberty is tearing us apart,
and on the dark side we will connect,
addressing systems with all of our heads.

I only know now of what it is to come
if we continue all of these wars.
I say it with defeat everyday.
The market chase, they don't care and still play.

So I don't care now, won't care anymore.
I love you dearly but this is what you want.
I live off dreams now to live in this place.
Always real yet always imagining.

Look in my eyes and see them glistening,
I'm miles away, I'm lost and tired of listening
to the highway, the path that we're shown.
Cancel straight lines, I'll take the scenic road.
