The Kobolds and Catacombs reveals just ended with Ben Brode and Day9 casting the very last piece of the KnC expansion. And now we witness the complete list of the much awaited Kobold and Catacombs Expansion that is due for release this December 7, more or less by 11AM PCT.

To those that do not know, upon the release of the expansion we will be receiving a total of 3 KnC Card Packs coming from the dungeon Runs, not to mention the 3 others that were received during the past 3 Tavern Brawls makes a total of 6 FREE KnC card packs!

Not only that, apart from the Marin the Fox giveaway during BlizzCon, we will also be receiving 1 Legendary Weapon!

Legendary Weapon

Since we will be receiving a free Legendary Weapon, I think it is wise to start having DIBS. And the weapon of my choice this expansion would be none other than:

Kingsbane

To be honest, I am caught in between this and the Immortal Val'Anyr, but since I really love the Miracle Rogue playstyle, Kingsbane became my BIAS. Here's why (For me that is):

• Standard Scenario: Miracle Rogue - 2 Deadly Poison + Leeching Poison + Envenom Weapon

NOTE: Now, I do not know how Minion Buffs like Naga Corsair would go about it's Deathrattle, but to lifesteal for 5 and to instakill a minion? I find it very very strong.

• Wild Scenario: Oil Rogue - 2 Deadly Poison + Tinker's Sharpsword Oil - for a total of 10 Damage.

Now to pull that off would be a different story, but I am sure this is one of the Decks people will be trying out and attempt to bring the Miracle Rogue, Miraculously into life.

But I am not going to complain getting a Val'Anyr, nor any of the other weapons, they are free anyways. Oh boy, I am excited!

Best Non-Weapon Legendary

This is pretty much my opinion on Sonya, I have yet to look into what others think about her. But to me, she has plenty of Value.

Tempo Setup (Current Tempo Rogue)

• Prince Keleseth Back to your Hand?
• Another Big-Ass Edwin?
• Another Bonemare Buff?
• What if you kill another minion with a 1/1 Vilespine Slayer?
• If you are going elemental? How about Burst him for 5 with another Blazecaller?
• Or if you need that extra Lethal RNG pull from Swashburglar?

The Quest Rogue comeback? After the nerf, it seems like a long shot, but some might try and force it to work.

Miracle Rogue - Pretty much what is up there and more! If you manage to pull a 1/1 Auctioneer - That would be miraculous indeed. I bet you understand my BIAS with Rogue now that I mentioned 2 of the best coming from that class.

Best Epic

This pains me to choose just the best ONE. I really enjoyed seeing the cards here more than the Legendary ones (Sorry). There are just too plenty that I feel that are really good epix in this expansion. But then it just comes down to the ONE so my choice is:

The list of Epics that are great with this expansion pretty much revolves around Board Clears those are great inclusions but very general in nature.
The other Epics I would like to mention that are great here are:

• Fal'Dorei Strider (Damn this guy is really awesome, and yes, another Miracle Contender)
• Twilight Acolyte (Aldor Peacekeeper? Or just swap Attack with opponent's Deathwing)
• Unstable Evolution (Why the hell don't we just keep evolving to see Leeroy into SkyCap'n Kragg into Charged Devilsaur into King Krush. Yeah, why the hell not?)

So why the Carnivorous Cube?

Well for one, it is Fun to pull off. Cairne Bloodhoof into Carnivorous Cube? This has definitely Value waiting in N'Zoth the Corruptor. Or those with effects that applied at the end of turn - Ragnaros the Lightlord. Or wait, why not Ragnaros, Firelord? Or how about the Queen Sylvanas herself?

Best Rare

What really got me excited during the Card Reveals was when they revealed this card. I still remember Brian Kibler's reaction when this was being released and I pretty much have the same reaction. Enter:

Is this hello to a world of Control Dragon Priest? With the current Iteration of Priest before the next Hearthstone Year begins, this can definitely turn into a Razakus DK Control Dragon Meta - what a mouthful. But you can imagine what I mean right?

I have always been a fan of priest ever since the WOW Days (Never really changed Classes). I wonder how Dragon Priest would progress this time around.

One card worth mentioning:

This has the identity of Drakonid Crusher/Flamewreathed Faceless all over it. Aggroed down at turn 4? Lemme give you a 7/7 Wall to deal with. Then maybe get to live one more turn. Or on a bigger perspective, does it look like it belongs in a Handlock Deck? Burned by Turn 3? Coin into Hooked Reaver. Turn 4 Faceless Shambler. Seems too good to be true, but well it's a miracle RNG in the making.

Best Bonemare

And by Bonemare, I mean Best among Common Cards. And I am very happy to say, we have a KOBOLD in the list!

How do you feel about Turn 1 - Put a decent 2/1 minion on the board and LifeTap at the same time? 3 Mana for 1 anyone?

Cutest Card

It would be sad to end the card list without highlighting the Cutest Artwork of the Set, and my vote goes to this lil fella right here.

I wonder how his reaction would be in a Pan with some onions and garlic with a bit of butter, seasoned with salt and pepper - Forgive my Brutality, I just really love to cook.

Cards I just don't understand why they are being made.

I really don't understand why something such as this would exist. I'd say worse than a Magma Rager.

But there always has to be a Magma Rager, right?

Fun Decks I would love to try

There is this one Card I have not highlighted in the set yet which strikes me a lot.

I really want to try pulling this off. I feel that you pretty much have decked your opponent out before you can even summon Azari, the Devourer (Galactus). But I wonder if it can be done. I am dying to try this out when the KnC expansion releases.
