Steemit: Do you want to be a whale?

When I first joined this platform in Earlier this year Steem was valued in double digits and I was very excited about the amazing opportunity Steem and Steemit offer us. At that time I discovered the whales, the people who invested in Steem early, bought, mined or acquired large amounts of this cryptocurrency and I admired their success. Many of them took big financial risks investing in Steem. So of course everyone who joined Steemit when Steem was $12 Dollars or more wished they were a whale and or they had invested when it was pennies. But all investments come with a risk financially and poor investments can ruin you financially. So now that Steem is cheap investors and people who believe in Steemit have to decide if they want to invest while Steem is cheap.

There’s no free lunch, to get rich you usually have to invest and risk YOUR money and you could lose it all. On the Steemit Platform being rich is being a “whale”. At current prices If you want to be a “WHALE” the cost of Steem is 90% below what it was when I joined, so you can buy almost ten times as much Steem with the same amount of dollars. But all investment comes with risk of losing it all. Remember you have to do your own due diligence by studying this cryptocurrency and making your own decision, then own the decision and work this platform to do your part to be successful.

Buy Low and Sell High sounds easy, but it’s times like this when you realize that it’s not easy to invest when the price is low!

I would like to know what other Steemians think. Good time to invest?
