Anger is a form of feelings or emotion every human does experience sometimes at a point in life.
Anger can be sudden and violent. It can flare up in an instant and go out just as quickly. Or it can grow slowly, gradually, and not go away for a very long time. You can be angry with a specific person or a specific thing. Or at all and everything around, indiscriminately. Some people confuse anger with energy, drive. Anger is indeed a very powerful feeling, and many believe that it makes them stronger. But remember: inner strength is when you feel calm and confident inside yourself. And anger, on the other hand, stems from powerlessness and insecurity. Maybe you had to feel angry when: your sister read your diary without asking; you failed to get your way; the teacher in vain accused you of deceit; a friend or girlfriend did not keep their promise to you.


Feelings that are similar to anger: rabies, bitterness, irritation, indignation, indignation.


Opposite feelings: tenderness, friendliness, peacefulness, complaisance.


You need to understand your feelings and know how to cope with them when you need to before they affect or impact your way of life and the people around you. If anger isn't controlled on time, it sometimes leads to destruction.
