Tomorrow's Horoscope Dec 24th, 2018

Merry Christmas!
There is still a grand trine of water elements tomorrow, and it's a good day to spend Christmas together with your family or friends.

Tomorrow may be a day you recognize what is lacking in your life.
Like "I want to be big to earn more money for my family."
Like "I want to be a president to change society for better."

I think it's great if it's everything you think.
What I mean is that beautiful words like "for the sake of my family" or "for the sake of society" are surely needed to succeed in society, but you also need to recognize your "true goal" for your mental health.
Those beautiful lies are bad for you mentally.
Know true yourself.
What's wrong if you want to dominate the world by being US president?
What's wrong if you want to earn money because you want to be popular among girls?
Such desires become a problem only when you cannot control the desires and start abusing the powers.

I think Mr. Carlos Ghosn is the one who cannot control his desires for money and abuses his power.
Maybe nothing wrong legally with what he has done.
But there are no perfect rules.
It doesn't mean that you can do anything so long as you obey rules.

Yes, I know those prosecutors who accuse Mr. Ghosn have lots of problems.
In the current system, they can prosecute anybody if they want.
We surely need to change it so we don't get prosecuted when we are innocent.
However, Mr. Ghosn needs to be justified as well for what he has done.
We, Japanese, are not in a Western society which is Class society where privileged class, capitalists are allowed to have absolute powers.
So my conclusion at this moment is that Mr. Ghosn is to be punished, at least in Japanese society.
The prosecutors are bad, and all that is another problem.

Nissan is a private company.
So the stockholders and the other executives should have stopped Ghosn's abuse by themselves.
And they couldn't have done it is another problem which lies under Capitalism.

A dictatorship which Mr. Ghosn has established in Nissan is needed to make a private company strong.
A company which decides to move only with the consent of everyone is not likely to succeed, maybe.
But what if dictatorship over a company which is allowed under rules is established by a person like Hitler?
There is no way we can stop it unless other executives accuse him at the cost of their social positions.

Yes, we can change jobs if such a bad person is at the top, and the company won't last long.
That's Capitalism.
But the problem is that a big company is powerful these days and it takes too long for Capitalism to work.
And such a tendency may be strong in Japan, of which people are too obedient to powers.

Mr. Ghosn saved Nissan and was a hero before the prosecution.
So if an executive had accused Mr. Ghosn and had got fired by him, the executive would have been considered to have a problem and would not have been able to find another job.

I think those executives are cowards.
But what if they have a family to feed?
I don't think many people could have stayed against a hero, Mr. Ghosn in those executives' situations, so it's difficult to criticize those executives who have been opportunists to protect their social positions.

明日の空にはまだ今日の水のグランドトラインが残っていて。
大切な人と過ごすのにはいい時かなと思う。

ただ、明日は今日とは違って。
足らないものを自覚する時なのかなと思う。
大切な人のために、もっとビッグになって金稼ぐぞ、とか。
あるいは、人々のために総理大臣になって社会を変える、とか。

人々のためというのが本心からなのであれば、素晴らしいことですね。
綺麗ごとや建前は、外に出るのには必要なものかもしれないけど、傍らで自身の本心をきちんと把握しておくことが、精神衛生上、とても大切なことです。
自身にまで嘘をつき続けると、精神を病みます。
社会が素晴らしくなるのであれば、総理大臣の本心がただの支配欲だとしても、問題はないしね。
自分の支配欲やら金銭欲に振り回され、不当な政治を行うようになれば、問題ですが。

とどのつまり、ゴーンというのは、支配欲だか金銭欲だかをコントロールできず、私利私欲のために会社を利用してしまったことが問題。
仮に法律的に問題なかったとしてもね。
完璧な法律なんてものは存在しないので、法律を守ってさえいえれば、裁かれるべきではない、という考えはいかがなものでしょうか。

特捜部のやり方には問題がありすぎるけど。
かといって、日本としては、ゴーンのような人間を裁かず放置しておくことはできなかった、ということじゃないでしょうか。
日本は欧米のような特権階級社会目指してないんで。
特捜部はいずれ改革しなければいけない。
しかし、ゴーンへの制裁は必要だった、ということだと思う。
私としては、これでよかったのだと思う。

ま、日産は私企業なんで。
特捜部やらなにやらが強引にゴーンを犯罪認定して介入するのはどうなの、という問題もあるけれど。
株主とか取締役たちでなんとかしろよ的な感はある。

ゴーンのような人間による独裁は、強い企業を作るのには必要なものだと思うけど。
でも、悪い人間に独裁された時に、その独裁者を引きずりおろす術がないんだろうね。
周囲の人間（他の取締役等）が刺し違える覚悟で特攻する以外にね。

ゴーンは、特捜部の捜査が入るまで、英雄でしたからね。
英雄と刺し違えたら、当然悪者は、その刺し違えた取締役になる。
悪者になったら、当然次の仕事も見つからない。
そういう状況の中で、「なんで刺し違える覚悟でゴーンに歯向かわなかったの」なんて詰める権利は第三者にはないでしょう。
ま、平社員の身分で役員・管理職に歯向かって解雇された私的には（10年近く前だけど）、彼らは腰抜けだと思いますが。
