Get old, retired from job but not ready to be dependent to others, they truly deserve my respect. Considering old age I never respect, if I respect then it will be your character, the way you are the best. Recently I met an awesome guy in a restaurant when I was buying curry. I saw the owner of the restaurant helping the chefs of his restaurant to prepare flat breads to sell them. The thing really impressed me and I just captured the moment as short video. You can watch it at the bottom of this post. This man is old and an owner of his restaurant but he didn't show the attitude of having ownership of the restaurant even he was so kind and helpful to help his workers in the restaurant. Salute to this guy.

Unfortunately I've seen many men depend on their child or children for financial support and not ready to work even when physically fit and fine. I'm sorry I can't respect such kind of people who loves to be dependent on others and suck other's blood because they are not kind to others. I saw many people misbehaving with workers they hire and talk to them rudely, show attitide for having ownership and this kind of business ruin soon because of such bad people who doesn't know how to be kind to others.

People who gets old and still prefer working for money, a big salute for them. Actually old or young doesn't matter, if something does matter that is a person's mind set. A person who was born to be dependent always depend on others and when anyone insult them for their weak mind set, they doesn't care at all and can deal with insult that they really deserve. Kindness is a gift that all can't afford and a person when can't afford to be kind, doesn't deserves to be respected. At least I can't respect such parasites. I call them parasite as they love to be a burden to others and also become the burden of this earth. Anyway, kind and active people still exist and they have self respect too and that's why the earth seems still beautiful sometimes.

Invecchiati, ritirati dal lavoro ma non pronti a dipendere dagli altri, meritano davvero il mio rispetto. Considerando la vecchiaia che non rispetto mai, se rispetto allora sarà il tuo carattere, il modo in cui sei il migliore. Recentemente ho incontrato un ragazzo fantastico in un ristorante mentre compravo del curry. Ho visto il proprietario del ristorante aiutare gli chef del suo ristorante a preparare le focacce per venderle. La cosa mi ha davvero colpito e ho semplicemente catturato il momento come un breve video. Puoi guardarlo in fondo a questo post. Quest'uomo è vecchio e proprietario del suo ristorante, ma non ha mostrato l'atteggiamento di avere la proprietà del ristorante, anche se è stato così gentile e disponibile ad aiutare i suoi lavoratori nel ristorante. Un saluto a questo ragazzo.

Sfortunatamente ho visto molti uomini dipendere dal loro figlio o dai loro figli per il sostegno finanziario e non essere pronti a lavorare anche quando fisicamente in forma e bene. Mi dispiace di non poter rispettare questo tipo di persone che amano dipendere dagli altri e succhiare il sangue degli altri perché non sono gentili con gli altri. Ho visto molte persone comportarsi male con i lavoratori che assumono e parlare con loro in modo sgarbato, mostrare atteggiamento per avere la proprietà e questo tipo di affari rovinare presto a causa di persone così cattive che non sanno come essere gentili con gli altri.

Persone che invecchiano e preferiscono ancora lavorare per soldi, un grande saluto per loro. In realtà vecchio o giovane non ha importanza, se qualcosa conta è la mentalità di una persona. Una persona nata per essere dipendente dipende sempre dagli altri e quando qualcuno la insulta per la sua debolezza mentale, non gli importa affatto e può affrontare l'insulto che merita davvero. La gentilezza è un dono che non tutti possono permettersi e una persona quando non può permettersi di essere gentile, non merita di essere rispettata. Almeno non posso rispettare questi parassiti. Li chiamo parassiti perché amano essere un peso per gli altri e diventare anche il peso di questa terra. Ad ogni modo, esistono ancora persone gentili e attive che hanno rispetto per se stesse ed è per questo che la terra a volte sembra ancora bella.
