Betterlife - The Diary Game | May 13, 2024 | Went To Hospital To Consult Registered Doctor
My illness was serious at night so I need to go to hospital for the medicines that will work. After breakfast I got ready to go to hospital. I was feeling pain in my whole body but thanks to Almighty to make me able to ride in a bus to reach the hospital.
The hospital was far away from my hostel. I had cash in my bag as I aim to buy medicines. At first I talked to a pharmacist in a pharmacy that closer to my hostel. My day start with the run. I couldn't work bearing such illness. The pharmacist suggest me the hospital where there I can consult a registered doctor.

It took around half an hour to reach there. There was a line for token and I stand there for two minutes and got my token paying a small fee. After getting the token I another line to wait for the doctor. There was a long line. Private hospitals are expensive so I went to a local medical hospital name Shaheed Suhrawardy Medical College and Hospital
After standing for around half an hour I met a registered doctor who was a lady wearing mask. She asked me about my illness and I explained details. She prescribe the medicine that can help me cure faster. I had fever, cold, cough for long time and it was not normal like seasonal flu.

The doctor ma'am was nice and she made me understand about four medicines she were prescribed for a week. One kind of medicine she recommend to continue for a month. I took photo of the prescription paper and took the paper too. Beside the hospital there was a pharmacy and I bought medicines from there.
I paid around 1000 taka (Approximately 44 steem and $10 dollars) for these medicines and I spend a lot of money on buying fruits too. It took a week to recover completely. That day was tiring as I had journey by bus twice. After reaching hostel I had my shower even I had fever but I was sweating and taking shower was a must.
After taking lunch I had medicines and had a sleep to feel good. I opened my laptop after evening and wrote one blog for steemit though I write two everyday as routine. I was weak but eating fruits helped me to get back the strength. I spent most of the time on bed and this bed rest helped me to recover faster.
At night I had my dinner earlier before 9:30 pm and prepared my bed for a good night sleep. Mosquito bother me most of the time so I had mosquito net on my bed before sleeping. I was alone who fight with the illness. My mom took care of me whenever I fall sick in my childhood but now I've none. Orphans are the responsibility of Almighty so I don't feel bad. By the grace of Almighty I start recovering in next few days.
