HOW TO BE A VEGETARIAN AND VEGANS

How to be a vegetarian and vegans.

​ Vegetarian stands for people who does not eat meat or fish, and sometimes other animal products, especially for moral , religious , or health reasons. Vegans typically do not use animal products such as silk, leather and wool, as well.

​ And there is a difference between a vegetarian and vegans. There are many types of vegetarian for example, Lac to-vegetarian , Lac to-Ovo-vegetarian and Vegans. People who taking Lac to-vegetarian eat dairy products but avoid eggs. Then, people who taking Lac to-Ovo-vegetarian will eat both dairy products and eggs, this is the most common type of vegetarian. Then, vegan do not eat dairy products, eggs, or any other products which are derived from animal. Lastly, Buddhist vegetarian do not eat onion and garlic. All of this type of vegetarian cannot eat meat. Lac to-vegetarian do not eat red or white meat, fish,fowl or eggs.

However, Lac to-vegetarians do consume dairy products such as cheese, milk and yogurt. Some of vegetarian they avoid onions and garlic. Its not that onion and garlic are not considered vegetarian. For example, Hinduism doesn't eat onion or garlic as they consider them to be impure. According to ayurveda both onions and garlic can act as blood purifiers. Onion and garlic both are rajasic and tamasic so whoever eat it ,you power of meditation will be reduces and it will stop you from meditating.

Therefore, some vegans do not eat breads because some decides they do not take egg but they are okay with dairy products , they are called lac to - vegetarians. Other are fine with eating eggs but exclude milk and dairy products from their diet, they are known as lac to ovo - vegetarians. Breads are excluded from these diet regimens unless they contains animal products.

People choose vegetarian for many reason ,many people make the switch to a vegetarian because of the potential health. Parental preferences, religious or other beliefs, and health issues are among the most common reasons for choosing to be a vegetarian. Many people be a vegetarian out of concern over animal rights or the environment.
