I always tended to be the cautious one growing up, wanting to keep within the boundaries of my comfort zone. I found change to be intimidating and overwhelming. I had no idea that it was the key to releasing my true potential. Numerous life-changing experiences I had when I entered adulthood forced me to face my fears and
