The mood of Eid means that there will be all kinds of delicious food. Eid-ul-Azha with spice wars and sweet treats. I always enjoy their dishes immensely. Today I am ready to participate in the awesome food competition organized by enamul17 sir, a Steem for Bangladesh community honoree. Through today's competition, I want to talk about the delicious food of Eid-ul-Azha. If you want to know, read my post in full.

First of all, I will tell you about the special attraction of Qurbani Eid, a dish made of meat. The joy of Eid-ul-Azha is that roasting the black meat adds to the taste of Eid. And Kalavuna of the meat is its name in philosophy because the deep market with lots of spices makes the meat black as a result of the long process. And it is a traditional food of our country. For kala bhuna, I used onion and green chili along with randhuni kalabuna masala.

This dish is very popular in our area. Eid al-Adha is actually made of meat, which is inevitable. At first, boil the meat, tear it into small pieces, and fry the meat with all kinds of spices, along with more onions. After that, if you prepare a mixture of fried meat in small pieces in the bread and fry it in dipped oil, you will get a delicious Eid-special Samucha.

Sweet food must be present in the joy of Eid. And one of the names of that sweet food is Semai. A Bengali Eid is incomplete without semai. Semai dessert is sweetened with milk. The semai I made today is called Nawabi Semai. In the name of its specialty, semai should be fried in light ghee.

Then milk, condensed milk, and cornflour are cooked together to make mass cream, and this semai is made by layering cream on top of semai. As the name suggests, this semai has the power to give a strong taste. Nawabi Semai has excellent taste. One of the special attractions of Eid is Semai's dessert.
