myetherwallet easy enough remove customer token ❓❓❓❓😕

Just noticed this button on Myetherwallet after I had to re add a token after it wen missing. I miss clicked it and poof gone without any warning or confirmation but i got it back adding the wallet. Is this by design?? I understand it is up to the user not to click the button but I believe it should have a safety and confirmation on most things with our crypto.

Has anyone else noticed oddities like this?
