The Diary Game (18-08-2024) || Today I Participated in the Elimination of Discrimination Seminar and Attended the Steem For Bangladesh Community Growth online meeting.

Today was a very important day for me. One is related to my work area and another one is related to my virtual life. Various anti-discrimination meetings and discussions have been taking place in my office for several days. Where I also participate as an informed citizen and official. This can be said to be a part of responsibility on behalf of my employees. Basically this discrimination is for the betterment of all our employees and we are involved in this movement.

On this occasion, a seminar was organized in the auditorium of our office this morning. So I reached my office today by 9 AM. Then I left my bag and tiffin in my office room and went to our office auditorium. Where basically the seminar will be held. It is scheduled to start around 11 am. I go there at 10.30 am. I take my seat there. The keynote speakers of the seminar have not arrived yet. Meanwhile, all the staff of the central office were taking their respective seats in the auditorium to attend the seminar.

Then after some time all the conveners and speakers of all seminars came one by one. One by one they were all taking their seats on the stage. They are basically the top level senior officials of Bangladesh Betar. One of them was the presenter of the seminar. He started today's seminar by reciting the first Quran. Then he explained to us in detail the aims, objectives, activities of our seminar today and how we should work together to eliminate the inequalities of Bangladesh Betar in the future.

After that one by one representatives of different grades and categories came on the stage and presented their demands to all our staff. Each representative highlighted their various problems of the day. And encouraged all the staff to take initiative to solve the problem together. Then the whole Audirotium erupted in applause. Because each representative spoke about their respective problems that they were facing one day.

Later, at the end of the seminar, the President of the Discrimination Remedial Committee presented a speech. He called upon all of us to draw the attention of the advisor to the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting to resolve this problem. And he also said, we have to publicize this problem to the national media so that the public administration of the country and the state take into consideration our problems through the media. This is how he ended his speech.

The seminar was about to end around noon. I go to my office room and have my midday lunch. And after finishing some office work for quite some time, I left for home. I will leave the office before the end of the office hours today as there is a lot of traffic on the roads these days. Which is why it's around 7pm when I return home. So I didn't go to the office bus today and came back home by CNG before leaving office.

Before returning home, I purchased an all-time cake from the market near my house. I have family at home to have as a snack this evening. Cake has always been a favorite of mine and my family. Then I went home and got fresh and rested. In between, I spend a little time on social media. Then after finishing my evening breakfast I log in to Steemit. I worked there for a while.

Then I attended a meeting with the team members of the Steam for Bangladesh community at around 9 pm. That meeting was very important. Because in the meeting admins and moderators in the community leadership discuss about the growth of the community. And besides that we decide that we will organize a meet up with Bangladeshi users from our respective departments.

Our Bangladeshi users work on the Steemit platform from their respective locations in different departments and districts including the capital of Bangladesh. So we who are at Leadership are located in different places in Bangladesh. Therefore, we have decided to arrange an early meet up with Bangladeshi users in those areas. By doing this, we will build a strong relationship with all Bangladeshi users and we will be known as a reliable and trusted team in the future Steemit platform.
