The Diary Game (14-03-2024) || Today in the Office Prepared the Program Plan and Annual Performance Report.

Assalamu Alaikum everyone. Today I have appeared before you with the busy schedule of my professional life. Today is the 14th of March. In other words, the last day of the week. Tomorrow the holiday starts again. Today there was a lot of work pressure all day. I am involved in some important office work which I have to do within a certain period of time. Anyway some reports have to be prepared for the next month. So this morning I came to the office very quickly.

List of Centers for Program Plans.

The first thing I do when I go to the office is make a list of all the radio stations we have. We have about 20 radio stations between our centers and units. where constant means nonstop radio playing. I made a list of them this morning. And they have to make event schedule one by one. I make list and tick mark the events that are finished planning.

Editing program plans on computer.

Then I opened my desktop and proceeded to edit the rest of the schedule as per the plan. I have to do these with great care. Because if there is a mistake in the timing of the broadcasted program, it creates many problems. Anyway I finished the program planning for the two stations.

Then I saw that you gave the call to prayer. Now that the month of Ramadan is going on. So there is no problem to eat. I went to pray after hearing the call to prayer. After finishing the prayer, I rushed towards my next task. Now that the office holiday time is till 3.30 pm I had to complete my work quickly.

Annual Performance Agreement.

The next part of the day was to prepare my report for April. Which I was supposed to complete within this month. After noon, I sat down with the work of preparing the report. This is what we call an annual performance agreement in officer language. The term of which remains for one year.

We have to submit our report to the director general of Bangladesh Betar every three months of this one year. It can be said that it is like a contract. Which is done with each department with the Director General of each office. We have to submit a report of what developmental and service work is done in one year.

Evidence of Annual Performance Report.

An annual performance agreement covers various matters. Which every department has to present that overall picture by reporting it. I have presented below for your convenience the important points which are included in the contract:

1. Implementation of National Purity.
2. E-Governance and Innovation Action Plan.
3. Grievance Redressal Action Plan.
4. Service Commitment Action Plan.
5. Annual Action Plan on Right to Information.

Annual Charts of the Report.

The above matters are the main work of the whole contract. Each department has to perform various functions within it. Anyway I managed to complete 40% of the report. More time is needed. It's almost holiday time on the clock while working. I stopped my official work for the time being and got ready.

Then I started for my home. On this fasting day, I come home by Metrorail every day. It saves me a lot of time. Then after coming home I prepare Iftar and when Maghrib calls for Azan I have Iftar with my family. This was a busy day of my professional day today.
