ulog # 13 Cooking Ginataang kalabasa na may Gabi -Pagkaing Pinoy
Hello uloggers! good day to all! I am an avid fan of coconut. so today's lunch I want to share my Ginataang kalabasa na may gabi/
Pumpkin and Taro roots Stew in Coconut milk.
It taste light and creamy and it's best with warm rice usually serve in lunch.
I forgot to include raw taro root in this photo.
I aim to eat more veggies this month as I can.... I am not a vegetarian, though I believe that vegetables digest more easily and get lots of fibers than meat. Because last Ramadan time we ate meat most of the time, so I am detoxifying my body as possible.
I love coconut too. It's one of my favorite fruit from coconut juice to coconut milk to coconut meat itself. Parts of coconut can be use as soup base, sauce, sweets and juice.
