I have spent some time researching murdered journalists.

Since the murder of Jamal Khashoggi is still fresh in the mind, and as news becomes old fast. I want to stay tuned for a while longer, if for no other reason than to highlight that not all journalists are copy paste hacks, prostituted to the MSM.

The above chart is real, and it is the amount of journalists murdered since 1992. You can bet most if not all were investigative journalists.

Lets crunch the numbers time. Since 1992 there have been a total of 849 journalists murdered in cold blood. This is not them being caught in crossfire, this is murdered full stop!.

• 1992 = 30 murdered. 1993 = 38, 1994 = 56, 1995 = 44, 1996 = 24, 1997 = 18, 1998 = 21, 1999 = 17, 2000 = 16, 2001 = 27, 2002 = 14, 2003 = 24, 2004 = 26, 2005 = 40, 2006 = 49, 2007 = 51, 2008 = 28. 2009 = 54, 2010 = 27, 2011 = 24, 2012 = 35, 2013 = 33, 2014 = 27, 2015 = 51, 2016 = 19, 2017 = 18, 2018 = 28.............

And not going to try and pad this out with a few thousand words for no reason, I leave that to other people. Please though take some time if you can, to pay some thought or respects to the honest - investigative journalists that get killed, trying to make our lives better.
