Stir-Fried Cod
Ingredients:
- 2 cod fillets
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of white wine
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons of green onions, chopped
Instructions:
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the cod fillets and cook for 3 minutes, flipping once.
- Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the soy sauce, white wine, and sesame oil. Stir to combine.
- Cook for another 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the green onions and cook for 1 minute.
- Serve hot.
