不敢跑步了

现在由于工作的原因,每天至少要走一两万步,现在常常感觉腿比较酸疼,所以跑步健身已经荒废很久了。

跑步有很多好处,跑步的时候是种自我享受的过程,但唯有会伤害膝盖,隐隐感觉我的膝盖润滑不够,算了,暂时不跑了。
