Steam Crab at Sunday 清蒸螃蟹在周日

I love crab a lot, not only because its fresh and tasty meat, but also it is convenient and easy to cook. At Sunday afternoon, I brought two crabs from T&T supper market, they were so alive.
我很喜欢吃螃蟹，不仅因为它肉质鲜嫩，更重要的是方便，好做，哈哈。周日的下午，去大统华买上两只新鲜的螃蟹，活蹦乱跳。

After bring back to home, just need to clean them with some hard brush.
带回家之后只需要用硬一点的刷子清干净即可。

Then put them in the steam pot, while this one is still moving when I put him in, I feel our human being is pretty crude for the moment.
之后就是上蒸锅，这个时候螃蟹还在动，又那么一刻我感觉自己人类有点残忍。

Close the pot and wait for 20 mins. 盖上锅盖静候二十分钟。

Done, lol. With some simple dipping sauce the food would be very enjoyable. At least, I am not really sorry for the crude of humanity.
出锅，哈哈。加上一些简单的姜汁蒜汁就能吃的非常开心了。至少我现在并不为人类的残忍而伤感啦。
