PLayful Floor to a Happy Ceiling

One of a mother's guilty pleasure is on their kid's luxury, I would raise my hand on that especially that I got girls on me .
I have been wanting to buy a nice decorative ceiling lights for My litle Girl's Room but everytime I do window shopping I feel guilty of the Price Tags 😏 " I know, I know it is not a Need" (my guilty conscience said) . So I tried to forget considering buying one. As i knelt down cleaning the playmats, a Bright BULB 💡 popped up on my Head 💡 " I'll gonna cut this ones and make it as a Decorative ceiling to balance the floor !

So I started (1) drawing a freestyle stroke & using PENCIL like that of a Petal at the back of the foam, (2) CUT it and (3) MOUNT it with a strong adhesive double sided Foam tape ! VOALA!

..and its not only a Happy Room but also A Happy little Girl in there and a felt fullfilled Mom here 😊

So here is a step by step Father Pocket friendly Interior decorating on your girls' room .

I call it a PLAYFUL FLOOR to a HAPPY CEILING

YOU NEED ( Photo Credit : Google Images)

• 4 pcs - 20x20 Eva Foam Mat (your color preference, mine I had it combine with Lavender and Pink)

• Sharp Sciccors ( which you can think can cut Eva Foam )

• 3M Strong Adhesive Foam Double Sided Tape

• Pattern Paper

• A Ladder to use it during mounting

• PATIENCE during Mounting .

(1)DRAW a freestyle stroke using PENCIL like that of a Petal at the back of the foam or if you are not confident enough you can use pattern paper first then try to transfer at the back of the eva foam.

(2) CUT it - do not worry if you think your cutting is not precise, remember it's a petal, there is no Perfect frills on a real petal .

(3) MOUNT it with a strong adhesive double sided Foam tape ! - make sure there is someone to assist with you if you think you will have hard time heading up to mount.Secure safety first 😉 and oh! Cover the Eva Foam petals with adhesives not only on the sides but the whole Petal, so probably you will be needing like 3 rolls of it .

...mount the Petals around the existing ceiling bulb you have in your room or you have the option to buy nice lamp bulb too 

(4) Tadaaaaa....

You are a certified DIY MoM! You will be getting a Great bear Hug from your little ones for this and a Pat and a Sweet kiss from your Husband for doing a great job in not spending a lot beyond his budget for decorating his Girl's room .
