Daily Eating Blog #9

This was breakfast today as I was running parkrun so can't eat anything else beforehand.

A banana and a rehydration sports drink.

After my run I drank a chocolate protein drink.

Lunch was healthy, plenty of protein. A salad with three hard boiled eggs and coleslaw. Afterwards I had two pineapple rings.

As we were having dinner quite late I was naughty and binged on two packets of mini cheddars. I'm annoyed at myself for doing this as I was trying to be good but I was so hungry.

I spent the afternoon cooking a roast dinner as we don't get one very often as myself or my husband aren't at home long enough to cook one. We had roast pork with cider gravy, roast potatoes, roast parsnips and veg. I treated myself to a can of lager as it's Saturday evening.

I only ate half my roast as I never really fancy it after standing cooking it which is such a shame as it tasted so good.

I drank lots of water today and also a can of pepsi max and 3 cups of coffee.
