Daily Eating Blog #67
I had quite a lot for lunch as I was going for a run later and wanted to make sure I had enough energy. I had a peanut butter sandwich, a packet of doritos, a blueberry yoghurt and a mug shot.
After letting all that lunch digest I went for a 4 mile run. Afterwards I drank a chocolate protein shake.
Dinner I had 4 sausages, mashed potato, peas all in a large Yorkshire pudding covered in onion gravy.
