Day off from everything
Not just a day off from work but a day off from exercise and nutrition! Normally a day off from work is long run day but the weather is rubbish and my hamstrings and piriformis still really hurt I thought sod it so I went out shopping and for lunch instead.
Breakfast was still healthy - black coffee, porridge made with water with raisins and a rehydration drink
Lunch I went to Ed's diner, an American burger place. I had bubbas bacon and cheese burger with fries, coleslaw and onion rings and 3 glasses of Pepsi max.
By dinner time I was peckish but didn't want anything too much so I just had a pasta mug shot.
Later on in the evening my husband was making some cheese on toast and I couldn't resist! I had lea and Perrins Worcester sauce on mine. I enjoyed a couple of cans of lager too.
As you can see from my stats today I haven't done much and I've eaten wat too much!
