What I Eat And Drink In A Day

I thought it would be quite interesting to post what I eat and drink everyday so I could visually see how much I eat and for you fellow Steemians to comment on what you eat and whether you think I eat too much! I do eat a lot considering I'm not very big. I'm only 5ft 1 (155cm) and weigh about 9 stone 4 ( 59kg) it's a little overweight for my height but nothing worth worrying about. I think or hope lol.

I always have a black coffee when I first get up.

Breakfast - porridge made with water and some blueberries, banana, Pepsi max

I then went off to work, whilst there I drink a 500ml bottle of water

Home from work and it's.......

Lunchtime - 4 hard boiled eggs, couple of slices of sandwich ham, pasta and salad

Was going out running in the afternoon but we had thunderstorms and heavy rain so I ate these instead

I did also drink a 250ml bottle of water with a sports rehydration tablet in it and during the afternoon I drank a 1 litre bottle of water

Dinner time - 4 pork sausages and mash with a dollop of tomato ketchup

My evening was quite boring as I wanted to go for a run but ended up losing my motivation which then lead to me drinking a can of lager. I didn't really want it but because I was feeling annoyed with myself I end up drinking

At least I only had the one!
