Annoying Disregard for Alternative Media
I've seen some people criticizing the alternative media -- organizations like Drudge Report, Breitbart, Info Wars, etc. They'll mock that nobody actually pays attention to them because the mainstream media outlets don't mention them, or somesuch thing.
Well, aside from the fact that you can simply check the metrics for yourself and traffic to Drudge for one day equals or superceeds viewership to all MSM networks combined, you have the fact that Hillary Clinton and President Obama themselves have taken opposition to Alex Jones and Breitbart DIRECTLY -- by name!
Obviously, the Democratic establishment is very threatened by these outlets. I haven't once heard Trump defend himself against the likes of The Young Turks, Salon, Huffington Post, or any left-wing alt media. I wonder why that is...
The reality is: these outlets are the future of media, just as Andrew Breitbart predicted before his death. The MSM has a trust rating of 6%, and rightly so. Wikileaks has proven that the Democratic Party is colluding with MSM to favor their chosen candidate, attacking both Sanders and Trump unreasonably. Meanwhile, the alt media on the right keeps pressing hard truths and exposing real corruption, and that's why Clinton and Obama are scared of them.
I will trust a random guy on YouTube with 5000 followers (provided he sources his content) over Mr. Rachelle Maddow, Lester "The Molestor" Holt, Anderson Pooper (CIA), or Charlie "Roboto" Rose. And that's because they are professional obfuscaters who abandoned any shred of credibility for partisan shilling. They want you dumb and apathetic. I don't want that.
