Took our son ice skating today!
We took our son ice skating today for the first time all winter today!
He was kind of scared! He has never been on single bladed skates before!
He fell several times. He’s going to have to get used to being on the ice! We’ll probably put him in hockey next year! I told him we’ll go skating again next weekend!
Overall, it was a good day for us as a family!

Ah ice skating. My first time was when I was about 7 years old. Hard to learn. I got the hang of it after a couple of times though. We didn't wear safety gear back in the day though. Crazy. Nobody even considered that maybe kids should wear it back in the 80's.
Ice is HARD. He found that out when he fell today. 😂🤣😂🤣
