I say I’m cheap. My wife says I’m thrifty.
I’ve never understood why people try to look rich. I suppose you could say you want to leave a good impression and like it or not, looks matter, but why would you want to attract superficial people, anyway?
I don’t go to fancy restaurants, or wear designer clothes. I’ll eat Taco Bell and go to PayLess Shoes any day over fine dining and Roots.
I just look at it this way: It allows me to buy more gold, silver, STEEM, and if I want to have fun, hockey cards.
Don’t go broke trying to impress others!
Sometimes it works: Fake it till you make it.
Sometimes it make you even poorer.
