My Actifit Report Card: October 8 2018
Didn’t do anywhere near as much walking as I thought I would today!
I stayed at home and got caught up on things. I brought my son out for a late lunch, then we had to run some errands. We went grocery shopping together. My boy sure loves looking at the live seafood in the water tanks in the back!
Other than that, it was low key. Spent too much time on my phone and did laundry. Too bad I wasn’t able to get to 5000 movements, but you can’t move around a ton every day.
