PERFECT Ramen Noodles in Japan

I found this video from strickly dumpling on youtube and I am dying to go to Japan to try the Authentic Ramen there and this video is one of the best Iv seen.

I really want to go to this place and try this Ramen due to the fact that here in South Africa you don't get it like that.

Its to me one of the perfect Japanese dishes to try.
