Shark yummmm

So I am a huge seafood lover being on the west shore and all, and I have eaten shark a few times. It is pretty good, and I am a fan of using the whole fish, I do not condone the use of sharks just for their fins, If you kill it eat it all, not just for one part. This is a great recipe though
