GRATEFUL BY ALL MEANS // #BEGRATEFUL
I just want to share this one. When I had the chance to present anything or topic under the sun in one company I am applying a job for. I presented about Organizational Commitment. Along the way as I shared the outcome of it and the characteristics and as I finished my presentation. The HR Head of the company where I presented asked me “do you believe that you should be grateful in whatever situation you are in or will be?" And I answered with Yes ma'am, of course we should always give thanks for everything, (while my knees are really shaking and the question seems like a Q&A portion in Beauty Pageant) then she nodded and added to me that: you forgot to put it there. That's the first thing to do and above all, isn’t it? Be grateful, be thankful. Then I nodded with smile on my face and continue my presentation.
(Because when you're committed into something based on some research, readings and as what I presented:
You will be able to achieve your goals,
You will be empowered and you'll empower others,
You’ll learn to trust others,
and you'll find belongingness.)
And then there something is really lacking. It’s the time when I realized and understands that there really things that are meant for you and not meant for, and there valid reasons to given to you along the way. Maybe not right away but eventually answers comes when you least expect it. The chance of presenting it to them; is my chance to be more Grateful and be open for any criticisms, constructive criticisms and opportunities. In all things you do and situations that come your way, whether good or bad we should always choose and remain THANKFUL, and Be HUMBLE. Yes! It’s really tiring, especially when we stumble and fall, when patience is being test, when we think that we already tried our best and nothing happens? When failure hits you back and forth. Never ever bargain Gratitude over condemnation. Stay faithful, loyal, and thankful, never complain and let humility reigns all the way, then after all; things for you are beautiful, wonderful, marvelous, amazing and fabulous because you have been grateful and thankful instead of complaining and asking more than of it. Things really happen for a reason. Trust and keep the faith. Pray and be thankful. Blessings will come to your way. Its heartwarming and overwhelming when you’re relieve and sees positive outlooks in life. His love is unfailing and immeasurable one. ♥ Praise God! For another light of life.
and if you are wondering and even would like to know and ask, if I was able to lend that job. The answer is NO. But passing a long process of examinations and able to present in a final and last stage of the interview/recruitment process, was already an achievement for me because despite of many co-job seekers. Some are graduated from a reputed University, some maybe with Latin Honors unlike me just simple fresh graduate from College, but it is the school I love. ♥ Bagging only for a 1 position, That's already a thing to be grateful.
P.S. There's always a reason of everything. I was hired in Local government for a year and a month and I decided to resign and pursue another path, I enrolled myself as a scholar in TESDA course, Bread and Pastry NC II and luckily being granted and able to finished the course and as of the moment I already have work in one of the leading Multi Purpose Cooperative. Right now two more months to go, and I am going to celebrate my 1st year working in coop! ^_^
