First Flowers in the Pasture
Today, I was walking in our pasture and I came across a few small light purple flowers in our pasture. As I walked further I continued to find a few more so I thought I would share them with everyone.
Can anyone help identify this plant? I think this plant gets a spiny seed pod after it flowers.

Really pretty little flowers. Perhaps spring is just around te corner?
We are starting to get the fever...this winter hasn't been very restful though. Potato planting is right around the corner!!
