Achievement-2 || Task: Basic Security on Steemit || 24-05-2021

Greetings to the entire steemit community! I am very happy with @ tocho2 for verifying my Achievement ° 1 and thus advance in this educational process about Steemit so it is time to head to the next step of this process for newcomers and it is Achievement ° 2 I thank @cryptokannon for his guidance to perform [ACHIEVEMENT2 very useful to understand how to keep our account secure and understand the importance of having our passwords and their functions safeguarded.

Have you obtained and saved all your Steemit passwords?
Yes, when I registered my account in 2018, I downloaded the PDF file that contains them. For security, I have it on my personal computer and in my email that has the two security steps active.

Do you know all the functions and restrictions of the keys?
Just as each lock needs a specific key, we see it also reflected in Steemit we have 5 locks with different keys and each one fulfills a specific function:

Publication key:

This is the password that I use to log into Steemit, to be able to comment on other users' content, publish my posts, be able to generate a community by following other users and voting for featured content.

Active password:

Its function is to publish, vote, comment and follow, this password is used to carry out money movement (Steem / Sbd).

Owner password:

Personally this would be the most important, "the master key" with it we can practically do everything with the account, this password allows us to change the other keys, so it is essential to keep it well.

Note key:

This password will be used to read your messages, none of the other passwords allow you to read them, that is, to encrypt or decrypt notes.

How do you plan to keep your master password saved?
I have it in spaces where two verification steps are needed to access, such as a password and a code that reaches my personal mobile. I have it in my email, on my personal computer and on my phone.

Do you know how to transfer Steem Tokens to other users?
Yes, I go to my wallet and in the sector of my steem on the right side where my balance is reflected I will find a display that will have the option to Transfer we click ...

We open a box that we put the account to which we will make the transfer, the amount to send and the currency (In this example they ask us to send Steem) when we have all the boxes completed we give * Next to confirm the transfer we will have to place our Key and it will run.

5th Do you know how to carry out the Power Up process in Steem?
I go to my Wallet and the sector of my Steem are the ones that I proceed to perform the POWER UP.

It will ask us for the balance to transfer and from all your Steem you can decide which% you are going to transform to POWER UP or even when pressing the Balance button, all the balance you have is automatically selected.
