Let's make a collage #5 - Winner announcement!
Greetings Steemians!
The community dPoll on the winners of LMAC #5 has just been closed and has seen a record participation of 34 votes! And this time, every single vote was cast via the dpoll-App - that's awesome!
I'm a firm believer in the stake-weighted logic of Steem and will always advocate for its strict preservation. However, there are specific cases in which non-weighted voting appears more appropriate for decision making, e.g. like in this case, where winners of an art contest are to be elected based on subjective preferences. And this is exactly what dPoll allows for. It provides a mean for a 1 account/1 vote- based decision making on top of our 1 SP/1 vote- based core foundation. This is one of the major reasons why I find dPoll such a valuable addition to Steem's dApp-sphere. Make use of it! Not the least, it's fun!
