Hi steemian friend, this time i will share where this is my night food menu and family that is: oxtail soup.
Maybe all steemian friends there who do not know what it is tailed. The tail comes from the Java language that is tail tail is the back of the cow or can be called oxtail.so the ingredients of this soup is a cow tails that are already in the skin and in pieces.dan now Due to the cloudy and rainy weather my husband asked me to make a warm dish to eat. Then I have an idea to make a oxtail soup which happens to be a child very like and become their favorite menu.
This food when we eat it is better mixed with rice to make it more delicious and also side dishes to increase appetite.
