Saffron DIY mask to make your skin glow
Saffron is usually difficult to get and is not cheap to buy. I never understood why it was so expensive but when I find out about its nutrition values then I was super stoked, which made its price worth it.
You can apply Saffron ask on your skin and you'll notice a very. refreshing natural glow on your skin after. The main ingredients for this are:
- Yogurt
- Lemon Juice
- Saffron
Take Lemon and squeeze its juice in a bowl
Mix yogurt in that Bowl
Take saffron leaves and mix it in above mixture.
You can use brush to apply this mask on your skin and let it penetrate for about 15 minutes.
When it is fully dried, wash your skin gently or wipe with sponge.
You'll see instant result positive result in no time.

I used to wonder about the price of saffron too. It's the stamens of the saffron crocus flower, so you need a lot of flowers to get useable amounts. Hence the cost.

The labor cost to maintain crocus flower increases the price which is more than other flowers
Oh gosh, yes, that would certainly add to it. I'm guessing they can't exactly be machine harvested either, so that would add more labour costs.
