Moringa Tea - A tea to help you loss weight
I have tried many different type of teas but Moringa Tea is one of favorite one. It does help if you want to loss some weight.
To prepare this tea you have to gather following basic ingredients first:
- Moringa Powder
- Honey
Boil water first in your pan
Take Moringa powder and put in water to dissolve and boil
Then take some honey and also mix it into boiling solution
Let it boil for some time and your tea will be ready in no time.
You'll be amazed to know about its health benefits if you drink it daily.
