Chicken Koftay/Meatballs made at Home
Koftay hold special value as a meal although they can be made from chicken but still their shape provide extra delight to whoever eat them. It was a very easy dish to make
- Chicken
- Tomatoes
- Green Chili
- Garlic
- Onion
First I formulated balls of chicken meat
Then I started to prepare sauce in which it is to be made
I used onion and ginger
Let it cook for some time
Now add meatballs in it
JUst let them fry for some time
They will be ready in no time
