Student Building Strategies (PART 1) || Student's and teacher's bonding

how are you all? I hope you are all well by the grace of Allah. I am also fine by the grace of Allah.Today, I will participate in the new contest from Steem Teachers & Students brought by the honorable Moderator @memamun brother. A teacher is called a craftsman who makes people. Just as a potter shapes various items from clay, a teacher makes illiterate boys and girls into real people by educating them. Honorable moderator @Memamun Brother has allowed me to shed light on what kind of relationship should exist between that esteemed teacher and students. I feel honored to have the opportunity to express my opinion here, and I am expressing my opinion by thanking him once again.
As a teacher, what do you think your understanding with the student should be?
A teacher's job is to teach children and make them human beings. A student's job is to get the necessary education from the teacher. Both the teacher and the student need each other.
When I assume the role of a teacher, my relationship with my students will be friendly. Although there will be a friendly relationship, there will still be -
- Respect and affection for each other are present. For example, as a teacher, I will give affection and love to my students. Again, my students will also give me respect and affection.
- Just as I will pay attention to my students' creativity, so will the students pay attention to what I am teaching.
- As a teacher, I will educate my students so that, beyond reading the textbook, they can learn humanity, manners, respect for elders, and love for younger ones.
- I will create a simple relationship with them so that they can share all their problems with me.
- I will not create a relationship where there is fear or anxiety between me.
As a teacher, do you differentiate between good and bad students, or do you give equal importance to both?
When I become a teacher, I will see all the students from the same perspective. I have to consider that I am a teacher, my job is to teach. Some of the people I teach may be good students and some may be bad students.
Basically, they are not good or bad. Some may learn to read quickly, while others may learn to read late. This can happen naturally. But as a teacher, it would be inappropriate for me to create a difference or distinction between them. This is an underestimation of the status of a teacher. I will give equal importance to all students by keeping the ideals of a teacher in mind. I will continue the education system by evaluating them all equally.
How is your relationship with your students, has it ever happened that you failed to convince your students, if so?
The job of a teacher is to teach students. To explain various things to them. But many times, such a situation may arise when due to some of my weaknesses, I am not able to explain a subject properly to one of my students, or due to some of the weaknesses of the student, the students do not understand the subject that I want to explain. In both situations, I will try to find out my weaknesses and also try to find out the weaknesses of my students and solve them. But I will never make them face shame due to the weaknesses of the students.
I believe that if I have sincerity, I will be able to explain all my things to my students. And until they cannot, I will keep trying to explain them.
If a student makes a mistake, how do you solve it as a teacher?
People make mistakes. And it is natural for students to make mistakes. As a teacher, I have to assume that students will make mistakes. I have to take it easy. I have to identify where they make mistakes. Then I have to try to solve them.
As a teacher, I have to remember that if students make any mistakes, they may be afraid or hesitant, so I have to build a friendly relationship with them so that they can share their mistakes with me freely and I can give them a good solution.

প্রিয় ভাই খুব সুন্দর আপনি আলোচনা করেছেন শিক্ষা বিষয়ে। শিক্ষক শুধু শিক্ষা দেন না বরং এর পাশাপাশি দীক্ষাও। শুধু পাঠদান দিলেই শিক্ষা দেওয়া যায় না। বরং এর পাশাপাশি দীক্ষা অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। দীক্ষা বলতে আমি যেটুকু বুঝি সেটা হল আচরণ। শিক্ষককে ছাত্ররা অনুসরণ করে না বরং এর পাশাপাশি অনুকরণ করে। শিক্ষকের আচরণ অত্যন্ত সুন্দর হওয়া উচিত।
