Today, I am going to participate in the new contest from Hindwhale Community brought by the Honorable moderator @aviral123. The name of the contest is Contest!! “The Anger Challenge-Control your anger”. Thanks to Hindwhale community for bringing a beautiful contest to us.

When you're angry, what do you do?

When I get angry, I try to control it. Anger is not a good thing. Nothing is good because of anger. So, I basically try to control myself. I try to peace in mind.
I try to find the reason behind the incident that is causing my anger.
However, when I do get angry, I try not to overdo it.
Even if I get angry, I try to convince the people that they made a mistake or correct their mistakes.

What causes you to become angry?

People get angry at different times for different reasons. It is difficult to understand who is angry for any reason.
I am not out of it either. I also get angry sometimes. I get angry when I see my children not obeying my instructions properly.
I get angry if they are irregular in their studies
If I see something messy in the house, I get angry.
I get angry when I see irregularities in eating on time, going to bed on time, waking up on time, going to school.
It is limited to my house. I get angry if I see any irregularity outside the house.
I get angry with myself if I make a mistake in the office or at home.

Do you have a quick temper? Or is it under your control?

No, I don't lose my temper suddenly. I try to control myself. Because losing temper is not a good thing. When someone does something, he does it because he thinks it is right from his point of view. So, I tried to find the reason why he did this before getting angry.
Then I tried to tell him his mistake. Even then, when things don't work, I have no choice but to get angry. Even there, I try to control myself and get angry.

Anger is our friend or our enemy? State your ideas.

Anger can never be our friend. There is no success in any work that is subdued to anger. Because to get success in any work, you have to control yourself. And anger makes you uncontrollable. There are examples of major accidents due to a little anger. This news is on the pages of newspapers at various times. I see. That's why anger can never be a friend. Anger is always an enemy. And staying away from it is the work of a wise man.

Please offer advice on how to manage our anger.

We can get angry due to various reasons. It is not abnormal but keeping that anger under control is the work of intelligence. We can control anger in many ways. For example: -
Through meditation, we can control anger.
The mind should be diverted away from situations that are likely to cause anger.
If necessary, I can visit from outside for a while.
I can give the person who made a mistake another chance to think.
There are many ways we can control anger.

We should always remember that there is no benefit in anger. So, we should understand those whom we have the right to be angry with and correct their mistakes.
