Hello steemians, @netflixr and all movie fans in this community.Today i would like us to have a look at the last dance. The last dance is a sports documentary based on Micheal Jordan career as a basketball player. After watching the last dance i dont think there is a debate on who is the greatest basketball player.More than 15 years after he retired for the third and final time, Michael Jordan is still unbeatable.

The Last Dance, the 10-part documentary series (aired on ESPN in the US and Netflix in the rest of the world) following Jordan and the 1990s Chicago Bulls has become a global phenomenon. The first step to any great documentary is also the most obvious. Find the right story.

The story of Michael Jordan and the Bulls certainly fits the bill. Jordan wasn’t just the best basketball player in the NBA during the ’90s, he was one of the world’s most recognisable faces. On the court, his dominance put him in a unique class that includes the likes of Mohammed Ali, Tiger Woods, and Serena Williams. Off it, he had a superstar status more similar to The Beatles or Michael Jackson. In Episode Seven, perhaps the most famous part of the series, Michael Jordan talks about leadership. In it he describes and defends his approach to leading his team: “You ask all my teammates, the one thing about Michael Jordan was he never asked me to do something that he didn't do.

Micheal Jordan,Dennis Rodman and Scottie Pippin.

Micheal Jordan made us to understand that Scottie was his right hand man.He could count on him.During their conference final with Detroit Micheal fought for Scottie when he was being bullied by the Pistons.
Rodman was an incredible role player. Perhaps one of the very best raw defenders and rebounders the NBA has ever seen. But he was a constant source of distraction. The most famous example was recounted in the last episode of the series. Rodman skipped practice between games three and four of the 1998 finals to appear next to Hulk Hogan in a wrestling match and to party at a night club.Phil Jackson was the reason for the team’s success.Jackson brought an emotional centeredness and stability to the team. Jackson’s maturity (and I think this is the best word to describe him) is on display throughout the series. His ability to stay regulated and non-reactive is remarkable. He’s unflappable in how he handles Dennis Rodman’s unpredictability. He shows incredible grace in how he responds to what many would consider General Manager Jerry Krause’s unprofessionalism. The way he treats his players can best be described as fatherly love. Jackson’s very presence and way of being created the conditions for each individual to be at their best, and served as the antidote to an otherwise paralyzing degree of stress and pressure. Micheal won the championship six times. He won it three in a row, retired and came back to win it 3 in a row again. This shows the level of hardwork, deyermination and greatness.I think is a documentary everyone on this platform should watch.

This was one of the best docos i have seen in a long time and I loved every single episode. As far as I know, it was one of the only series that Netflix released week-by-week and I looked forward to every Sunday that they released 2 more of them. I was disappointed when it was over.

If you like this sort of thing I would recommend checking out Tiger which is about Tiger woods and a lot of the success he had as well as the really bad press he got over his messy divorce.

Just a side tip, when you are sourcing your images your syntax is slightly wrong unless you actually want the URL's to display

After you put [source] the url you put in afterwards needs to be in parenthesis like this (https://th.bing.com/th/id/OIP.eNYHPfQH3uqpWy27kAjn0gHaDD?w=350&h=144&c=7&o=5&pid=1.7)

Nice write up though!
