Over 3000 FREE cakes were donated to the British Public in Birmingham, United Kingdom

This was an amazing day as today we had finished distributing over 3000 cakes to the public of Birmingham for free... worth £30,000.00 gbp in total.

I attend an Islamic gathering every Friday where a beautiful man who changed my life forever continuously teaches us good habits and how to live a peaceful life full of serenity and how to help other people live a peaceful life.

A few weeks ago a world champion boxer from the UK named Amir Khan had attended our gathering for the first time and he had 3000 cakes with him. He told my teacher and mentor that he wanted to raise £30,000 by selling each cake for £10.

100% of the proceeds was going to go to orphans around the world. What a noble cause, God Bless him for his efforts... there is nothing better then giving in charity.

After a short but electrifying speech by my mentor about the benefits of giving in charity and the serenity it brings to the heart... we had managed to raise the entire amount by the end of the gathering!

WOW JUST WOW!!!! The entire £30,000

Now my teacher had another idea in mind... he asked all the Muslims who bought these cakes to donate most or all of their cakes back to our charity organisation (which changed my life btw read my life story blog)...

You may be thinking Why donate them back?... it's because our teacher and faith leader wanted members of the charity organisation to go onto the streets of Birmingham and hand them out for free to the British public and send forward a peaceful message, that Islam is a religion of peace and we want peace & harmony forever... this is what we strive for!

So one week ago we handed out over 2000 cakes on a very very hot day whilst fasting for 21 hours and super hungry and thirsty... but it was an amazing day!!!

And today we finished off the last 1000 by handing them out to the public again..

Each cake came with a leaflet attached to it with a peaceful love letter from my teacher to the British public... you can view them below.

So this was my day and I am so happy that we put smiles on thousands of families faces today... the homeless & less fortunate benefited & were extremely happy that they received cakes today and love from the members of the organisation... which is extremely rare in their life's as people usually walk past them and look down upon them.
