The poached spicy slices of pork flesh is spicy, soft and easy to chew; it is characterized by "hemp, spicy, fresh and fragrant" and has a strong flavor. Ingredients that need to be prepared:
1: pork (350 g); 2: lettuce (80 g); 3: bean sprouts (40 g); 4: eggs (1); 5: soy sauce (2 g); 6: white pepper (5-8)克); 7: corn starch (2 grams); 8: white sugar (3 grams); 9: salt (5 grams); 10: chicken essence (5 grams); 11: red pepper powder (2 grams); 12: pepper (3 g); 12: red oil chili sauce (5 g); 13: cooking wine (3 g); 14: vegetable oil (15-20 ml).
Step:
1: Cut the pork into thin slices with a knife and then turn it into the bowl;
2: Then put in: egg white, cooking wine, soy sauce, white pepper and cornstarch together and marinate for 15 minutes (reference picture or video);
3: Pour the water into the pot, boil it, add the bean sprouts and lettuce for 3 minutes, then remove the drained water and put it into the bowl;
4: Pour the appropriate amount of vegetable oil into the pot, heat it to 30%, then add the red oil chili sauce to stir fry for 2 minutes, then add water to boil;
5: Then add the marinated pork slices, then add: salt, sugar and chicken essence, simmer for 4 minutes, then pour into the bowl;
6: Then put the pepper and red pepper powder into the bowl;
7: Finally, put a little vegetable oil in the pot and burn it to 70% heat, then evenly pour it on the top of the pepper.
Note: 1: Pork is cleaned with water and cut into thin slices with a knife,the thinner the meat, the better (please refer to step 1); 2: After the meat is placed in the seasoning, it must be marinated for more than 15 minutes, so that the taste of pork It will be better; 3: When using red pepper sauce, be sure to use small fire and non-stop stir-fry; 4: How much seasoning can be placed according to your choice, the data in the list is for reference only; 5: Finally, when pouring hot vegetable oil on the surface of the pepper, be sure to pay attention to safety to avoid accidents.
