Shadow Update! Voting Fully Restored for now as we monitor the situation!
As we monitor this upgrade and the entire situation on Steem we are happy to announce we are back at 100% voting! The system hopefully will play out well and we can restore full functionality later this week as everyone restores their RC. We will be monitoring this and if anything goes hay wire we will roll back ASAP! We are very cautious and aware of the implications this upgrade has caused to us all and are very careful about restoring functionality you all have come to love and expect from ShadowBot!
