KOREAN CABBAGE
INGREDIENTS:
2 medium cabbage heads,
3-4 medium carrots,
2 heads of garlic,
10 pods of bitter pepper.
Brine: for 4 liters of water 8 st.l salt, 8 st / l vinegar, 20 st / l sugar
RECIPE:
Cut cabbage into small cubes, grate the carrots, garlic and pepper not very finely, put all layers of cabbage, carrots, garlic pepper, etc. Brine bring to a boil and pour cabbage. For 2 days under the press. After 2 days is ready for use.
