Chicken liver cake

Such a cake is traditionally prepared from liver pancakes, impregnated with filling. Filling for liver cake can be very diverse. Thus, the filling can be used for the usual mayonnaise mixed with browned vegetables, onions and carrots. Many add mushrooms, tomatoes and other vegetables.

Composition:

650 grams of chicken liver
1 egg
½ st. of sifted flour
200 g of mayonnaise
garlic denticles
greenery
salt and a mixture of peppers
vegetable oil.

Preparation:

The liver should be rinsed under running water and dried, and then cut into small pieces.

Now you need to chop the chicken liver. To do this, we use a blender.

To the liver add sour cream, drive the egg, season with salt and a mixture of peppers. At high speed, mix everything with a blender. The resulting hepatic dough should be thick.

Now you need to fry the pancakes from the chicken liver. To do this, we heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and pour a thin layer of liver test.

Fry liver pancakes from both sides until cooked and let them cool.

Make sauce: squeeze garlic juice into mayonnaise, chop the greens and mix well.

Each liver pancake is blotted with a well-mixed mayonnaise mixture.

We put the prepared liver cake in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. When it is saturated, you can serve it to the table.
