Sundays night bored at home
Because I feel that I have been wearing too much clothes on my photos.
But on a more serious note to all of You that are new to my profile and because I haven't been talking a lot about it lately.
I am being as body positive as I can. Not only with myself but with everyone around me.
And I feel that when it comes to male body image issues there are not a lot of people talking about it and calling awareness to all the problems that can bring to a men.
That is why everytime I have the chance to have this conversations with You I love to do it. Because a lot of men all over the world are pressured to look a certain way and present themselves in that way.
Because the majority of the times this are unachievable results unless You spend 2 hours per day on the gym, 7 days per week while having a ton of supplements and vitamins. Men can get themselves in an unhealthy body situation and also have mental health problems.
So if You are uncomfortable with nudity feel free to unfollow me. Or feel free to leave a comment and we can talk about it because a lot of times this uncomfortable feelings that people have with the naked human body come from problems people have with their own body image.

I definitely agree that we should bring awareness towards acceptance of all males shapes and sizes. I feel with it we can get back to our roots as animals, and stop the shame game in it's tracks. I hypothesize that if we were all nude around each other, we'd learn not to be so judgemental from an early age.
I hope we can push and inspire people to do what's best for their health and well-being. I wish good health and long productive live for all who want to do good in this realm.
Just wanna throw this out there, I'd love to show you how much can be achieved with a 30-40min routine 2x a week. If you're down we can build a plan. Have you looking mean in the summer of 2019 💪🏾😁
