Tip Your Waiters or choose a fast food restaurant
I can't say this enough. If You are not planning on tipping Your waiters You might as well go to a fast food restaurant where there's no service table. So You don't have to pay for it.
But don't come to a restaurant where there is service table and plan on not tipping. That is just rude.

We have no tipping culture in my country but we are charged 10% of the bill for service in most restaurants
Not sure if it goes to the staff separate from their salary as it is at the discretion of the company
There is also service tax over that which goes to the government which is borne by the patrons
So the bills come with a plus plus ...
Is it safe to say that you guys don't have service charge over there?

This must be a very European opinion on tipping.
I think that if there is service, IF the service was good, then the tip is earned.
What do you think about a pub or bar? Do you tip there?
