Soundtrack of my life 23

I always found the music of this artist to be very inspiring. It kind opened my ears a bit.
Not only because it is diferent, from what I was used to listen everyday, but because it incorporates alot of diferent sytles in a very tasty manner, bringing out the most revealing and touching bit in each.

For me, it will always be associated with a confident mood, where you get things done, where the future is bright. Don't ask me why, it is just what it brings to me, I hope it does so to you.

A remarkable album(same name as the song I chose), with unique pieces of guitar playing that will live on forever. A masterpiece from a true guitar hero, Joe Satriani, Surfing with the Alien.

Being a blues addict, sometimes I can bore myself. First time I listened to Joe Satriani, was trought a G3 DVD, next time I picked up the guitar, I found myself improvising celtic music, I never had any reall interest in playing. I just didn't knew where it came from, but this episode made me search for more.
Only a few players are able to do this for me, play in a manner where they reall inspire you, there is really no other word for it, because it appears to be even magical. Where you just play something you don't know how you did it, sometimes way behond your skill level. And it is an amazing feeling, hard to come by, hard to get in touch with.

Hey its not by accident that Joe Satriani was the teacher of great guitar players since the age of 15. He is a trully gifted artist.
