SPECIAL POCHERO
Hello steemians.. I just wanna share my today's Daily Food Photography.
Pochero is a type of stew originally from Spain, prepared in the Philippines, we filipinos loves to eat this dish. This well-loved Filipino stew is made with meat, pechay (chinese cabbage), sweet corn and saba (plantain bananas). Pochero dish is rich in iron for making red blood cells that carry oxygen around the body. It is also rich in vitamin A which promotes normal growth of the body.
