Cant go Vegan because I am weight training and bodybuilder
I see many times when people say they can not go vegan, if though they want to, because they need the meat for their muscle growth. What I want to tell anyone who thinks that is that is not the case. It may seem like that from what our society has told us. Its simiply not true!
Meat and diary actually make it hard on the body... Causes so many other issues
But dont take my word for it...
